In the event that a component of your computer breaks, we can provide a quick response to replace the hardware and make sure you can get up and running in a quick time frame.

In the event you feel that an upgrade is in order, we can provide you a solid diagnosis and recommend a hardware upgrade plan.

The process is fairly straight forward; we would change or upgrade a piece of equipment on your computer and make sure that it works properly. Once completed, we would walk you through the changes and you would let us know if the change was up to your expectation level.
